Chrome Fest sets new date
Chrome Fest has been rescheduled to 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 20 on the Pilot Point Square. There will be a car show, food trucks, live music by New Beginnings, giveaways, Bearcat Band and cheerleaders, live and silent auctions, and police and fire tug-of-war.
The car show registration will be from 8-10:30 a.m. and cost $20. For more information, go to gracepointnaz.net.
Storm debris cleanup in city of Aubrey
Because of the recent storm, Republic Services will be picking up brush for Aubrey residents at the curb if cut into 4-foot lengths and bundled over the next few weeks.
Another option is to drop off brush and limbs at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 514 Bluebonnet St. from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday- Thursday and 8 a.m.-noon Saturday through Sept. 20.

Birdies Fore Bulldogs Golf Tournament
