POLICE REPORT

Aubrey Police Department logged 187 calls during the week of Sept. 8-14. Cross Roads Police Department received 51 calls for service between Sept. 8-14. Pilot Point Police Department responded to 84 calls during the week of Sept. 7-14.

DISTURBANCE – A disturbance was reported to PPPD at 9:40 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of West Holford Street.

CRASH – Cross Roads PD received a two-vehicle crash report Sunday near the intersection of U.S. 380 and FM 424. No injuries were reported. The investigation resulted in the arrest of a man, 20, on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

RECKLESS DRIVER – A reckless driver was reported to Pilot Point police at 5:43 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of FM 455 and FM 1385.

DWI – A woman, 34, was arrested Saturday by CRPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 6500 block of U.S. 380.

DISTURBANCE – On Saturday, Cross Roads police officers responded to a disturbance call regarding a business transaction in the 2000 block of Oakview Drive.

WARRANTS – Aubrey PD arrested a 29-year-old Saturday on Cooke County warrants in the 200 block of Irick Court.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – At 1:13 p.m. Saturday, PPPD investigated a criminal trespass call in the 500 block of North Prairie Street.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – A domestic disturbance call was received by Pilot Point PD around 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Ruthye Lane.

THEFT – A theft was reported Saturday to CRPD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380. A woman, 38, was issued a citation for shoplifting.

CRASH – A three-vehicle crash was investigated by Cross Roads police Sept. 12 near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Fishtrap Road. No injuries were reported.

ASSAULT – A 37-yearold was arrested Sept. 12 by Aubrey PD on a charge of assault by contact family violence in the 500 block of East Highmeadow Street.

THEFT – A theft investigation Sept. 12 by CRPD resulted in a woman, 31, receiving a citation for theft and a warning for criminal trespass in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

FORGERY FRAUD – A forgery fraud call was received by Pilot Point police at 4:11 p.m. Sept. 11 in the 700 block of East Walcott Street.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash Sept. 11 with no report of injury was dispatched to Cross Roads PD in the 13000 block of U.S. 380.

SHOPLIFTING – A man, 42, was arrested Sept. 11 by CRPD on a charge of theft and an outside agency warrant in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

ASSAULT – Pilot Point PD responded to an assault call around 11:30 a.m. Sept. 11 in the 700 block of East Liberty Street.

VANDALISM – A woman, 33, reported to Cross Roads police Sept. 11 that an unknown person intentionally damaged her tire in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

WARRANT – Aubrey PD arrested a 38-year-old Sept. 11 on an Aubrey warrant in the 600 block of Mary Street.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT – An animal complaint call was dispatched to PPPD at 10 a.m. Sept. 11 in the 6200 block of Tilden Avenue.

CRASH – On Sept. 11, Cross Roads police investigated a two-vehicle accident near the intersection of U.S. 380 and FM 424. No injuries were reported.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – A report of criminal mischief was received by Pilot Point PD around 8:30 a.m. Sept. 11 in the 1700 block of North Washington Street.

SHOPLIFTING – A retailer reported Sept. 10 to CRPD that a female was shoplifting and left the store with merchandise in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

HARASSMENT – Pilot Point police responded to a harassment call at 4:48 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 300 block of South Harrison Street.

WELFARE CONCERN – A welfare concern call was dispatched to PPPD around 10:30 a.m. Sept. 10 in the 500 block of East Walcott Street.

WARRANTS – Aubrey PD arrested a 31-year-old on Collin County warrants Sept. 10 in the 900 block of U.S. 377.

POSSESSION – A Cross Roads police traffic stop investigation Sept. 10 resulted in a woman, 37, being arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1.

THEFT – At 10:51 a.m. Sept. 9, PPPD responded to a theft report in the 1700 block of North Washington Street.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – A criminal trespass call was received around 10 a.m. Sept. 9 by Pilot Point PD in the 400 block of St. Thomas Aquinas Avenue.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON – A suspicious person/vehicle was investigated by PPPD around 1 a.m. Sept. 9 in the 1800 block of North U.S. 377.

ASSAULT – An assault was reported to Pilot Point police around 4:30 p.m. Sept. 8 in the 1700 block of North Washington Street.
