POLICE REPORT

Aubrey Police Department logged 161 calls during the week of Nov. 1016. Cross Roads Police Department received 49 calls for service between Nov. 10-16. Krugerville Police Department reported calls the week of Nov. 10-14.

FAILURE TO ID – A 40-year-old was arrested Sunday by Aubrey police on charges of interference with public duties, failure to identify and giving false/fictitious information in the 1400 block of Providence Boulevard.

ASSAULT – On Sunday, a 43-year-old was arrested by APD on charges of assault causes bodily injury family violence and interference with emergency request for assistance in the 9300 block of Masse Court.

SHOPLIFTING – A man, 48, was reported shoplifting to Cross Roads PD on Nov. 15 by loss prevention staff in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

THEFT – A theft was investigated Nov. 15 by CRPD in which an unknown individual concealed tools and left without paying in the 3400 block of U.S. 380.

ACCIDENT – Cross Roads PD responded to a two-vehicle accident Nov. 15 near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Pottershop Road. Non-incapacitating injuries were reported.

HIT AND RUN – A hit and run accident was investigated Nov. 15 by CRPD that occurred in a parking lot in the 11400 block of U.S. 380.

SHOPLIFTING – Cross Roads police investigated a report of shoplifting Nov. 15 in the 3400 block of U.S. 377.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash Nov. 15 with no injuries was received by CRPD in the 100 block of Walmart Drive.

SHOPLIFTING – Cross Roads police gave a woman, 47, a citation Nov. 14 for shoplifting and a criminal trespass warning in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

WARRANT – A man, 36, was arrested by Aubrey police Nov. 13 on an Aubrey PD warrant charge in the 11000 block of Rodeo Drive.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – A woman, 35, was issued a citation Nov. 13 by Cross Roads PD for shoplifting and a criminal trespass warning in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

TRAFFIC – A traffic collision with no injuries was dispatched to KVPD around 7 a.m. Nov. 13 near the intersection of Ranch Road and U.S. 377.

THEFT – On Nov. 12, a retailer reported to Cross Roads police the theft of cosmetics during a video review in the 11100 block of U.S. 380.

FORGERY FRAUD – Around 8 p.m. Nov. 12, KVPD received a forgery fraud report from a man stating he was contacted by someone reporting to be with the Denton County Sheriff’s Office and that he had warrants for his arrest for not showing up for jury duty.

ASSAULT – Aubrey PD arrested a 35-year-old Nov. 12 on a charge of assault causes bodily injury family violence with previous convictions in the 400 block of Highmeadow Drive.

TRAFFIC – At 7:22 p.m. Nov. 12, Krugerville police made a traffic stop in the 4900 block of U.S. 377. A probable cause search was performed locating drug paraphernalia. The driver was given a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

CRASH – A two-vehicle accident Nov. 12 was investigated by CRPD near the intersection of FM 424 and U.S. 380. No injuries were reported.

ASSAULT – A 25-year-old was arrested Nov. 12 by Aubrey police on a charge of assault causes bodily injury in the 1400 block of FM 2931.

THEFT – Cross Roads police received a report from a retail store Nov. 11 that a man took tools and left in a black vehicle in the 3400 block of U.S. 377.

RECKLESS DRIVER – A woman, 52, reported to Cross Roads PD on Nov. 11 that a reckless driver of a silver pickup was changing lanes and stopping abruptly in the 1000 block of U.S. 380.

WARRANT – A 42-year-old was arrested on a warrant charge by Aubrey police Nov. 10 in the 5000 block of FM 2931.

HIT AND RUN – A man, 20, reported Nov. 10 to CRPD that an unknown person hit his vehicle while parked in the 3000 block of U.S. 380 and left without leaving required information by law.

WARRANT – Aubrey PD arrested a 55-yearold Nov. 10 on a warrant charge in the 11000 block of Ranchera Drive.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash with no report of injuries was dispatched to Cross Roads police Nov. 10 near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Walmart Drive.
