The Isle du Bois Unit, 100 PW 4137 in Pilot Point will offer Woodland Ornaments, 2 p.m. Dec. 6, Nature Center; Oh, Deer! Texas Reindeer Relatives, 10 a.m. Dec. 13; and Wild Christmas Campfire, 5 p.m. Dec. 13, Lost Pines Amphitheater.

Storytime with Santa at PP library
The Pilot Point Community Library at 324 S. Washington St. will be closed for the Thanksgiving holidays Friday and Saturday.
The library will offer Storytime with Santa, 4 p.m. Tuesday; adult craft: Photo Holiday Cards, 2 p.m. Dec. 5; and kids movie: “The Grinch,” noon Dec. 13.
The Food for Fines will continue through December to waive overdue library fines by bringing canned goods or nonperishable food.

Lessons, Carols at St. Thomas Aquinas
St. Thomas Aquinas will present Lessons and Carols, a multi-choir festival of scripture and song for Advent and Christmas, from 6:30-8 p.m. Monday at 925 Charcut St. Admission is free.
The festival will also be an opportunity to give financial support to the Loreto House Pregnancy & Parenting Resource Center.

Aubrey HS FCCLA seeks children’s fabric
The Aubrey High School FCCLA and fashion design classes are partnering with Box Car Quilts to provide children’s pillowcases to Ryan’s Case for Smiles, a national organization supporting families whose children have been diagnosed with cancer.
Donations of children’s fabric will be accepted through Wednesday at AHS.
Christmas Mixer at Aubrey Chamber

Senior Paws Pet Drive for Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels will be having a Senior Paws Holiday Pet Drive for clients with pets during the holiday season through Dec. 16 at the Pilot Point Senior Center, 310 S. Washington St. Needed items include dry and canned pet food, treats, toys, flea prevention and basic care items.
