Ingredients:
1 cup cooked pumpkin
1 cup sugar ½ cup oil
1 egg
2 cup plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla Instructions:
1. Combine the first four ingredients—cooked pumpkin, sugar, oil and an egg—and stir the mixture together.
2. Mix the next four ingredients together—flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt—in a separate bowl and mix together.
3. In another bowl, combine your baking soda mixture, which is just baking soda and milk, and let it dissolve.
4. After that mixture dissolves you, add it into your wet bowl, aka the pumpkin bowl, and mix well.
5. Add your dry mixture into your wet mixtures and mix well.
6. While mixing, add your chocolate chips and the 1 teaspoon vanilla.
7. Scoop them onto a pan and put them into the oven at 375 degrees for 11 minutes.
