Equipment:
2 9/13 in pan
1 large bowl
1 saucepan
1 cake spatula
1 spoon
1 medium spoon Measuring cups (
1 cup, 1 teaspoon, 1 tablespoon)
Ingredients:
1 ½ sticks of butter
1 5 oz. can of condensed milk / 10 tablespoons
2 ½ cups of sugar
1 6 oz. jar of marshmallow fluff / 12 tablespoons
2 11.5 oz. bags of chocolate chips Or 2 10 oz. bags of peanut butter chips ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract (Optional) Instructions:
1. Grab your large bowl and put your chocolate chips or peanut butter chips and marshmallow fluff into the bowl and set aside.
2. In a saucepan add your 1 ½ sticks of butter, 2 ½ cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of condensed milk on medium heat while stirring constantly until mixture begins to boil.
3. After boiling, continue to let the mixture to cook for 6 minutes.
4. Pour cooked mixture into chocolate or peanut butter morsels and marshmallow cream.
5. Add ½ tsp vanilla extract.
6. Stir quickly until chips fully melt and becomes smooth.
7. Pour evenly into pan.
8. Allow to sit until firm then cut.
9. Enjoy.
