Guacamole – Alyssa Alonso

Ingredients:

4 avocados

1 ½ tomatoes ½ onion

1 ½ limes Salt Cilantro (optional) Jalapeños (optional) Instructions:

1. Cut up your avocados into halves, should be eight in total.

2. Mush up inside a molcajete, or a regular bowl.

3. Cut up the tomatoes into tiny cubes and mix with the avocados.

4. Cut half the onion into tiny cubes and mix with avocados and onions.

Optional: Cut cilantro and jalapeños (take out seeds) and mix with other ingredients.

5. Cut limes and squeeze with a hand or lime squeezer.

6. Mix ingredients together well. Add salt.

7. Eat and enjoy!
