Sauce Ingredients:
4 fresh tomatoes ¼ onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp salt ( or to taste)
1 tsp tomato bouillon
4 ½ cups water Sauce Instructions:
1. Blend all the sauce ingredients together until smooth.
Rice instructions:
1. Warm a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add 4 tsp of olive oil
3. Once the oil is hot, add 4 cups of jasmine rice and fry until the grains turn a light golden brown.
4. Pour in the blended sauce and stir gently.
5. Cook the rice on medium heat for 15 minutes, covered.
6. After 15 minutes, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
7. When the rice is soft and fully cooked, turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy!
