Ingredients:
I/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup lime juice
1 8 oz. container of
softened or whipped cream cheese Graham Cracker crust
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk Instructions:
1. Mise en place your ingredients.
2. Get a bowl and open the can of Eagle Brand condensed milk and pour it in the bowl.
3. Along with the condensed milk, add the 8 oz. container of softened or whipped cream cheese.
4. Mix them together and add the 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/8 cup of lime juice while mixing.
5. After you’ve continued mixing, add the tsp of vanilla extract.
6. Keep mixing until creamy and then pour in graham cracker crust.
7. After you’ve poured it, keep it in the fridge overnight so it can firm up, form and not stay soupy.
8. When you wake up, open the fridge and pour the 21 oz. can of cherry pie filling on the pie and put it back inside the fridge so it can form with the pie.
9. Keep it in there for about 3-4 hours and it’ll be finished.
