Bacon Mac-N-Cheese – Jazmine Griffin *Serves about 10-12 people

Ingredients:

1 16 oz. package of elbow noodles

1 32 oz. block of Velveeta cheese

2 salted butter sticks

2 cups of milk

2 3 oz. bags of Oscar Mayer beacon pieces

1 8 oz. bag of shredded cheese Stovetop Instructions:

1. Bring about 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt to taste

2. Add elbow noodles and return to a boil, stirring occasionally

3. While noodles are cooking grab the block of Velveeta, open it and cut it all up in 2-inch cubes

4. Once noodles are done drain and return them to the pan

5. Turn your oven on to 350 to preheat

6. With your stovetop on low heat add both sticks of butter to the noodles stir and mix well until completely melted

7. Add your cubed Velveeta cheese, stir occasionally until melted

8. Add the 2 cups of milk and stir

9. Add 1 3 oz. bag of bacon pieces to the pot and mix well *Once everything is mixed on the stovetop, grab

a 9x13 baking dish of any kind and transfer your Mac-N-Cheese to the baking dish

10. Top your Mac-N-Cheese with 1 8 oz. bag of your choice of shredded cheese. We prefer Colby Jack

11. Then sprinkle the other bag of bacon pieces on top of that

12. Put your baking dish in the oven for about 10 minutes or until that top layer of cheese is melted

13. Serve and Enjoy
