Ingredients:
1 cup of white rice
4 cups of whole milk
1 cup of water
1 cinnamon stick
‘1/2 cup of sugar
1 can of sweetened
condensed milk (14 oz.)
1 can of evaporated milk (12 oz.)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Ground cinnamon for sprinkling (any kind) Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. In a large pot, add the rice, water and cinnamon stick. Cook over medium heat until the rice is almost done, about 15 minutes.
3. Add the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk to the pot. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is fully cooked and the mixture has thickened, about 20-25 minutes.
4. Add the sugar and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
