Aubrey Police Department logged 184 calls during the week of Feb. 2-8. Cross Roads Police Department received 49 calls for service between Feb. 2-8.
UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT – A 35-yearold was arrested by Aubrey police Sunday on a charge of unlawful restraint in the 1100 block of Walker Way.
TRAFFIC – A woman, 27, was given a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia during a suspicious vehicle investigation Sunday by CRPD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
ASSAULT – Aubrey PD arrested a 37-year-old Sunday on a charge of assault causes bodily injury family violence in the 1600 block of Millican Lane.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS – A woman, 35, was issued a criminal trespass warning Sunday by CRPD in the 11800 block of U.S. 380.
DWI – A man, 41, was arrested during a traffic stop Feb. 6 by Cross Roads police on a charge of driving while intoxicated second in the 7500 block of U.S. 380.
CRASH – A two-vehicle crash was dispatched to Cross Roads PD on Feb. 6 in the 11900 block of U.S. 380 with no report of injury.
CITATION – A traffic stop investigation Feb. 6 by CRPD resulted in the discovery of drug paraphernalia in the 11000 block of U.S. 380. A man, 33, was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
FRAUD – A woman, 86, reported to Cross Roads police Feb. 5 that an unknown person had used her gift card for purchases without her authorization in the 11800 block of U.S. 380.
CRASH – A crash involving two vehicles Feb. 4 was investigated by CRPD near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Naylor Road.
CRASH – A two-vehicle crash with entrapment resulted in one person being transported to the hospital Feb. 3 near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Walmart Drive, according to the Cross Roads police report.
DWLI – On Feb. 3, CRPD performed a traffic stop investigation resulting in a man, 40, being arrested on a charge of driving while license invalid with previous convictions.
CRASH – Cross Roads PD were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident Feb. 3 with no report of injury near the intersection of FM 424 and Fishtrap Road.
FRAUD – A man, 55, reported to Cross Roads police Feb. 2 that an unauthorized person had opened an account in his name in the 3600 block of Turner Road.
CITATIONS – A traffic stop was conducted Feb. 2 by Cross Roads PD in the 12000 block of U.S. 380 resulting in two people receiving citations for possession of tobacco under 21.
WARRANT – A 21-year-old was arrested Feb. 2 by APD on a warrant charge in the 10000 block of Maple Drive.
