Again, something that Tioga ISD Superintendent Josh Ballinger said this week struck me as profound.
This time, it was about the impact that the letters of support from Tioga ISD community members made when he and the other representatives from the district went before the Texas Education Agency officials to plead their case to let Tioga ISD keep building on the work they have done for the last three years.
