Skins N Skulls at Isle du Bois

The Ray Roberts Lake State Park Johnson Branch Unit, 100 PW 4153 in Valley View will have a Volunteer Information Table, 1-3 p.m. Saturday.

The Isle du Bois Unit, 100 PW 4137 in Pilot Point will have several activities Saturday including Skins N Skulls, 10 a.m., Lost Pines Amphitheater; Nature Center Exploration, 10 a.m., Nature Center; and Become a Junior Ranger, 2 p.m., Lost Pines Amphitheater.

Spring cleaning at PP Cemetery

The Pilot Point Community Cemetery will be spring cleaning all the graves and removing the flowers over the next two weeks.

PPHS to have blood drive

Grand Opening at Starbright Gallery

The Starbright Gallery will have a grand opening from 4-7 p.m. Friday with a ribbon cutting at 5:30 p.m. at 110 S. Washington St.

Aubrey ISD to hold Future Lady Chap Night

Aubrey ISD will host a Future Lady Chap Night for youth players during a pregame ceremony starting at 5:30 p.m. Friday with the game against Ranchview starting at 6 p.m.

Father, Daughter Dance date change

Collinsville Elementary PTO rescheduled the Father Daughter Dance to Friday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Collinsville High School cafeteria, 202 N. Broadway St. Cost will be $10 per father/daughter.

Flower Festival planned for Saturday

The Pilot Point Flower Festival will be held from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday on the Historic Pilot Point Square. There will be homemade goods, gardening items, plants and outdoor items, live music, chalk art and an Easter bonnet contest.

There will be a free breakfast at 9 a.m. in the Pilot Point First United Methodist Church parking lot before the Easter egg hunt takes place.

Teacher Job Fair at PPHS

Spring Clean-Up set in Cross Roads

The Town of Cross Roads will have Spring Clean-Up from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at Cross Roads Town Park for residents to dispose of general trash, tree limbs less than 3 inches in diameter, old computers, large metal scraps, household hazardous waste and paper shredding.

American Legion to sponsor dinner

The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 550 will have the annual Fish Fry and Auction with dinner starting at 5 p.m. April 18 followed by the live/silent auctions and live music from 8-11 p.m. Auctioneer will be Chad Chance.

Raffle tickets will be $10 each for a chance to win $750 in premium beef from Salty Heifer. All proceeds will be used to support ALA programs for veterans and their families.

The HOPE Food and Clothing Ministry is asking for nonperishable food items, clothing and personal care items at 819 Sherman Drive in Aubrey. Donations can also be dropped off at Keller Williams Realty, 806 S. U.S. 377 in Aubrey.

Lovepacs Aubrey/Pilot Point is requesting the following donations: ramen, applesauce cups or pouches, oatmeal, Pop-Tarts, microwave popcorn, granola bars, and mac and cheese or pasta cups.

Area drop-off sites include Brookshire Brothers, Martin General Store, PointBank, Pilot Point Senior Center and the Post-Signal in Pilot Point; Patrick Nolin Farmers Insurance Agency and The Peanut Gallery in Aubrey; One Mane Place in Krugerville; and 1139 Spanish Moss Drive and Frisco Elks Lodge 2890, 14632 Fishtrap Road in Savannah.

Meals on Wheels seeks drivers

Volunteer drivers are needed to deliver Meals on Wheels one day a week Monday-Friday for 2 to 2 1/2 hours from 10:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m. in Aubrey, Krugerville and Pilot Point.
