POLICE REPORT

Aubrey Police Department logged 204 calls during the week of April 6-12. Cross Roads Police Department received 38 calls for service between April 6-11. Krugerville Police Department reported calls the week of April 6-11. Pilot Point Police Department responded to 74 calls during the week of April 6-12.

ASSAULT – A teenager was arrested Sunday by APD on charges of assault causes bodily injury/family violence and continuous violence against the family in the 13000 block of Rich Lane.

FRAUD – A merchant reported Sunday to Cross Roads PD the receipt of fraudulent checks in the 3400 block of U.S. 377.

ASSAULT – A 29-yearold was arrested Sunday by Aubrey police on a charge of assault causes bodily injury/ family member in the 13000 block of Hideaway Lane.

DWI – A Cross Roads traffic stop investigation Saturday resulted in the arrest of a man, 40, on a charge of driving while intoxicated third or more.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – Three teenagers were issued criminal trespass warnings Sunday by CRPD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

TRAFFIC – Around 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Krugerville police made a traffi c stop in the 800 block of Fairview Drive. The driver was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and warnings for failure to change address, defective headlight, defective taillight and no insurance.

ASSAULT – On Saturday, Aubrey PD arrested a 33-year-old on a charge of assault causes bodily injury/ family member in the 200 block of Linda Street.

POSSESSION – A man, 23, was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia Saturday during a Cross Roads PD traffic stop investigation in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

CRASH – A two-vehicle accident with no report of injuries was dispatched to Cross Roads police Saturday near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Fishtrap Road.

AGENCY ASSIST – Krugerville PD assisted an outside agency around 2 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Baseline Road.

VIOLENCE – A 29-yearold was arrested April 10 by APD on a charge of continuous violence against family in the 11000 block of Aspen Trail.

CITATION – A Cross Roads police traffic stop investigation April 9 resulted in a woman, 27, receiving a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 11800 block of U.S. 380.

ASSAULT – Pilot Point PD responded to an assault call April 8 in the 100 block of Cole Lane.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – A domestic disturbance was dispatched April 8 to CRPD in the 11900 block of U.S. 380.

AGENCY ASSIST – At 12:50 a.m. April 8, Krugerville PD assisted an outside agency in the 100 block of Red Oak Drive.

WARRANT – Aubrey police arrested a 32-yearold April 7 on a Rockwall County warrant in the 1200 block of Kingston Place.

OPEN CONTAINER – Krugerville police made a traffic stop at 1:52 p.m. April 7 in the 5300 block of U.S. 377. The driver was issued citations for an expired driver’s license and open container of alcohol and a warning for expired registration.

ACCIDENT – A twovehicle accident was dispatched to Krugerville PD around 11:30 a.m. April 7 involving a roll-off truck and a dump truck in the 1000 block of Prosperity Way.

TRESPASSING – A property manager reported April 7 to CRPD that an unknown person continues leaving donation boxes without his consent on the property in the 11400 block of U.S. 380.

CRASH – A three-vehicle crash was reported to Krugerville police at 8:49 a.m. April 7 near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Industrial Park.

ASSAULT – A 21-yearold was arrested April 6 by Aubrey PD on a charge of assault causes bodily injury/ family violence in the 500 block of East Highmeadow Drive.

THEFT – A theft of property was reported to PPPD on April 6 in the 14000 block of Mietner Street.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash was investigated April 6 by Cross Roads PD in the 500 block of Moseley Road. One person was transported to the hospital.

RESIST ARREST – A 17-year-old was arrested by Aubrey police April 6 on charges of resisting arrest search or transport, assault of a peace officer, evading arrest and a Denton County warrant.

ASSAULT – Aubrey PD arrested a 41-year-old April 6 on a charge of assault causes bodily injury in the 2000 block of Sesaro Drive.
