POLICE REPORT

Aubrey Police Department logged 213 calls during the week of April 27-May 3. Cross Roads Police Department received 30 calls for service between April 27-May 3. Pilot Point Police Department responded to 53 calls during the week of April 27May 2.

ACCIDENT – A singlevehicle accident was reported to Cross Roads police Sunday in the 7300 block of U.S. 377. The driver was given citations for driving under the influence and possession of tobacco by a minor. One person was transported to the hospital.

LOCKED CAR – A Cross Roads police officer assisted with accessing a child locked in a parked car Sunday in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

CRASH – Cross Roads PD investigated a crash Sunday that reportedly began with a road rage incident in the 6000 block of U.S. 380.

MISSING PERSON – On Saturday, PPPD received a missing person report in the 900 block of South Washington Street.

POSSESSION – A traffic stop investigation Saturday by Cross Roads PD resulted in a man, 23, receiving a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION – A 23-year-old was arrested on a charge of public intoxication May 1 by Aubrey police in the 600 block of Hill Street.

DWI – A 26-year-old was arrested May 1 by APD on charges of driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age and abandoning or endangering a child/ criminal negligence in the 800 block of Main Street.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – A man, 55, who was impeding traffic in a restaurant driveway April 30 in the 11600 block of U.S. 380 was given a criminal trespass warning by CRPD.

FRAUD – A woman reported to Cross Roads police April 30 that her debit card was stolen and used to make an unauthorized purchase in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – Aubrey PD arrested a 34-year-old April 30 on a charge of criminal trespass in the 200 block of Stanley Drive.

DISTURBANCE – Cross Roads PD assisted Denton ISD with a disturbance on a bus April 29.

TRAFFIC – A traffic stop investigation April 29 by Cross Roads police led to the discovery of a firearm in the 7500 block of U.S. 377. A woman, 42, was arrested on a charge of unlawful carrying weapons.

POSSESSION – An 18-year-old was arrested April 29 by Aubrey police on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon; possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2, greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams; resisting arrest search or transport; and evading arrest detention with a vehicle or watercraft in the 10300 block of Waterbury Drive.

ASSAULT – Pilot Point PD responded to an assault by contact call April 27 in the 600 block of Aspen Street.

FRAUD – A business reported a fraud security case, greater than $10,000 less than $100,000, April 27 to PPPD in the 500 block of East Gee Street.
