POLICE REPORT

Aubrey Police Department logged 206 calls during the week of June 22-28. Cross Roads Police Department received 38 calls for service between June 22-28. Krugerville Police Department reported calls the week of June 22-28. Pilot Point Police Department responded to 83 calls during the week of June 2228.

DWLI – Aubrey PD arrested a 38-year-old Sunday on a charge of driving while license invalid/suspended with previous convictions near the intersection of Cape Cod Boulevard and Main Street.

MISSING PERSON – A teenager was reported missing to Cross Roads police at 2:15 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Dogwood Drive.

DWI – Pilot Point police investigated a driving while intoxicated call Sunday in the 11300 block of FM 455. No arrest has been made.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – On Saturday, drug paraphernalia was found in a public area and turned in to CRPD.

WARRANT – A 27-year-old was arrested June 26 by APD on a Denton County Sheriff’s Office warrant in the 1000 block of Elm Drive.

WARRANT – Aubrey PD arrested a 40-year-old June 26 on a Bedford Police Department warrant in the 11000 block of Canyon Mine Drive.

FOUND PROPERTY – A man, 59, abandoned a bicycle June 26 in the 10000 block of U.S. 380 that was discovered to have been stolen several months earlier. Cross Roads police returned it to the owner.

WARRANTS – A 52-year-old was arrested June 26 on Denton County Sheriff’s Office warrants by APD in the 3200 block of Buckskin Trail.

ASSAULT – A 34-year-old was arrested by Aubrey police June 25 on a charge of assault by contact/family violence in the 3700 block of Tracewood Bend.

SHOPLIFTING – Cross Roads police investigated a report of shoplifting June 25 in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – A man, 25, was issued a criminal trespass warning June 25 by CRPD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

PUBLIC INTOXICATION – On June 25, Aubrey PD arrested a 39-year-old on charges of assault by contact/family violence, public intoxication and evading arrest/detention in the 1300 block of Portsmouth Drive.

HIT AND RUN – A man, 19, reported a hit and run June 25 to CRPD in which a white truck left the scene near the intersection of U.S. 377 and FM 424.

TERRORISTIC THREAT – A terroristic threat was reported to Cross Roads PD at 9 p.m. June 24 in the 100 block of Spanish Oak Drive.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash was reported to Cross Roads police June 24 near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Walmart Drive. One driver was taken to Medical City Denton.

THEFT – Cross Roads police were dispatched to a theft June 24 in the 11700 block of U.S. 380. A woman, 21, was issued a citation for shoplifting.

ASSAULT – A 41-year-old was arrested June 24 by APD on a charge of assault causes bodily injury/family violence in the 1400 block of Providence Boulevard.

DISTURBANCE – A Cross Roads PD disturbance investigation June 24 led to the arrest of a woman, 34, on an outside agency warrant in the 14000 block of U.S. 380.

WARRANT – Aubrey police arrested a 49-yearold June 23 on an Ellis County warrant charge in the 3100 block of Frontier Parkway.

THEFT – A woman, 53, was given a citation for shoplifting June 22 by CRPD during a theft investigation in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

ANIMAL BITE – Cross Roads PD were notified of an animal bite by the dog’s owner June 22 in the 1800 block of Mill Creek.
