POLICE REPORT

Aubrey Police Department logged 206 calls during the week of July 6-12. Cross Roads Police Department received 55 calls for service between July 6-12. Krugerville Police Department reported calls the week of July 6-12. Pilot Point Police Department responded to 136 calls during the week of July 6-12.

DEADLY CONDUCT – On Saturday, APD arrested a 51-year-old on a charge of deadly conduct in the 5000 block of FM 2931.

DEADLY CONDUCT – A 22-year-old was arrested by Aubrey police July 10 on a charge of deadly conduct in the 600 block of Stud Drive.

POSSESSION – A woman, 37, was arrested July 10 by Cross Roads PD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 in the 6500 block of U.S. 380.

REPORT – Pilot Point police took an information report July 9 on a lost firearm in the 14000 block of Hammersmith Street.

CRASH – A hit and run crash investigation July 9 by Cross Roads PD in the 11100 block of U.S. 380 led to the identification of the driver.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash with no reported injuries was dispatched July 9 to CRPD near the intersection of U.S. 377 and FM 424.

WARRANT – A Cross Roads police traffic stop investigation July 9 resulted in a man, 28, being arrested on an outstanding warrant charge in the 6500 block of U.S. 380.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash was investigated July 9 by CRPD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380. No injuries were reported.

SHOPLIFTING – A woman, 35, was given a citation for shoplifting July 8 by Cross Roads PD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON – At 10:41 p.m. July 8, KVPD investigated a suspicious person.

WARRANT – A man, 35, was arrested July 8 by Cross Roads police on a Denton County warrant charge during a traffic stop investigation in the 1000 block of New Hope Road.

HIT AND RUN – Pilot Point PD were dispatched to a hit and run accident July 8 near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Gee Street.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash was reported July 7 to CRPD near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Moseley Road. One person was taken to the hospital.

ASSAULT – Aubrey police arrested a 28-year-old July 7 on a charge of assault causes bodily injury/family violence in the 9900 block of Concord Drive.

THEFT – Cross Roads PD responded to a theft call July 7 involving two women, both 19, in the 11700 block of U.S. 380. One woman was given citations for theft of property and possession of drug paraphernalia. The second female was arrested on a charge of theft of property.

DWI – A man, 19, was arrested July 7 by CRPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 1600 block of Naylor Road.

THEFT – Pilot Point police were dispatched to a burglary call July 7 in the 900 block of North U.S. 377. No arrest was made.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – A man, 45, was given a criminal trespass warning by Cross Roads police July 7 in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

TRAFFIC – A Cross Roads police traffic stop July 6 resulted in the arrest of a man, 33, on four outstanding Denton County warrant charges in the 2400 block of U.S. 380.

CRASH – A crash fatality was investigated July 6 by Pilot Point PD at the intersection of FM 455 and FM 1385.

ASSAULT – A 47-yearold was arrested July 6 by APD on charges of injury to child/elderly/disabled reckless bodily injury and assault causes bodily injury family violence in the 9900 block of Cedarcrest Drive.

POSSESSION – A man, 19, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 by Cross Roads police July 6 during a traffic stop in the 6500 block of U.S. 380.
