Aubrey Police Department logged 175 calls during the week of Aug. 3-9. Cross Roads Police Department received 28 calls for service between Aug. 3-9. Krugerville Police Department reported calls the week of Aug. 3-10. Pilot Point Police Department responded to 179 calls during the week of Aug. 3-9.
CRASH – At 9:47 a.m. Monday, KVPD were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Stewart Road. One driver was taken to Medical City Denton.
ASSAULT – Pilot Point PD responded to a domestic disturbance call Sunday in the 600 block of Copenhavr Street.
FAILURE TO ID – A man, 43, was arrested Sunday by Cross Roads police on a charge of failure to identify/fictitious information during a traffic stop investigation in the 8500 block of U.S. 380.
ASSAULT – A 56-year-old was arrested Saturday by APD on a charge of assault family/household member impeding breath/circulation in the 9800 block of Birch Drive.
WARRANT – Aubrey police arrested a 62-year-old Saturday on a Harris County warrant charge near the intersection of FM 2931 and Silverado Parkway.
ASSAULT – On Saturday, Aubrey PD arrested a 40-year-old on charges of interfering with an emergency request for assistance and assault causes bodily injury to a family member in the 500 block of East Highmeadow Drive.
THEFT – A mail carrier reported Aug. 7 to CRPD that a man, 38, broke into a mail truck and took mail in the 11100 block of U.S. 380. The man was later arrested.
DWI – Aubrey police arrested a 34-year-old Aug. 7 on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 8500 block of Liberty Road.
BURGLARY – A woman, 23, reported Aug. 7 to Cross Roads PD that a man had burglarized her vehicle in the 11100 block of U.S. 380.
ANIMAL CRUELTY – Krugerville police received an animal cruelty report around 8:30 p.m. Aug. 6 in the 5000 block of U.S. 377.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – A report of criminal mischief was made to Pilot Point police Aug. 6 in the 100 block of West Main Street.
DWI – A Cross Roads police traffic stop Aug. 6 resulted in the arrest of a man, 25, on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 11100 block of U.S. 380.
POSSESSION – A 54-year-old was arrested Aug. 6 by APD on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces near the intersection of U.S. 377 and North Sherman Drive.
TRAFFIC – Pilot Point police officers were dispatched to a traffic accident Aug. 6 in the 700 block of U.S. 377.
TRAFFIC – Around 4 p.m. Aug. 5, Krugerville PD made a traffic stop in the 5300 block of U.S. 377. A probable cause search was performed. The driver received a citation for an expired registration.
CRASH – A two-vehicle crash was investigated Aug. 5 by CRPD near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Fishtrap Road. One person was transported to the hospital.
CRASH – Krugerville police assisted with a crash around noon Aug. 5 near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Arvin Hill Road.
WARRANT – Aubrey PD arrested a 62-year-old on a Denton County warrant charge Aug. 4 in the 1400 block of FM 424.
FRAUD – A bank employee reported to CRPD that a woman, 30, attempted to cash a fraudulent check Aug. 4 in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
DWI – A 46-year-old was arrested by Aubrey police Aug. 4 on a charge of driving while intoxicated near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Sherman Drive.
BURGLARY – Pilot Point police were dispatched to a report of a vehicle burglary Aug. 3 in the 400 block of Prairie Street.
WARRANT – A 32-year-old was arrested Aug. 3 by APD on a Dallas County warrant charge in the 1000 block of West Sherman Drive.
