Aubrey Police Department logged 178 calls during the week of Aug. 17-23. Cross Roads Police Department received 50 calls for service between Aug. 17-23. Krugerville Police Department reported calls the week of Aug. 17-23. Pilot Point Police Department responded to 132 calls during the week of Aug. 17-23.
CITATIONS – A man, 55, and a woman, 54, were issued citations for theft Sunday by CRPD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380. They were also given criminal trespass warnings.
DWI – A 39-year-old was arrested by Aubrey police Sunday on charges of driving while intoxicated and unlawful carrying of a weapon in the 1400 block of Main Street.
GUNSHOTS – At 2:44 a.m. Sunday, KVPD responded to a report of gunshots being fired in the 300 block of Johnson Lane.
SHOPLIFTING – A shoplifting investigation by Cross Roads police Saturday resulted in a woman, 26, being given a citation for theft in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
DEADLY CONDUCT – On Saturday, PPPD were dispatched to a deadly conduct call in the 14000 block of Haggerston Drive.
POSSESSION – A 23-year-old was arrested Saturday by Aubrey PD on charges of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2 and possession of marijuana in the 900 block of U.S. 377.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION – Aubrey police arrested a 33-year-old Saturday on a charge of public intoxication in the 11700 block of Alpine Springs Drive.
THEFT – A woman, 20, was given a citation for theft during a shoplifting investigation Saturday by CRPD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380. She also received a criminal trespass warning.
ASSAULT – Cross Roads police officers responded to an assault involving two employees Saturday in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
CRASH – On Saturday, a two-vehicle crash with no report of injuries was received by CRPD near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Liberty Road.
SHOPLIFTING – A woman, 18, was arrested Saturday by Cross Roads PD on a charge of theft of property and issued a criminal trespass warning in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
DEADLY CONDUCT – A 39-year-old was arrested Saturday by APD on a charge of deadly conduct in the 2000 block of Belgian Drive.
THEFT – A man, 22, was arrested by CRPD on Aug. 21 on a charge of theft of property, greater than $100 less than $750, in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
ACCIDENT – A twovehicle accident was dispatched to Cross Roads police Aug. 21 near the intersection of U.S. 377 and FM 424. No injuries were reported.
SHOPLIFTING – A shoplifting investigation Aug. 21 by Cross Roads PD resulted in a woman, 18, being issued a citation for theft and a criminal trespass warning in the 11700 block of U.S. 380. A man, 19, also received a criminal trespass warning.
TERRORISTIC THREAT – Krugerville police were dispatched to a terroristic threat call around 10:30 p.m. Aug. 20 in the 500 block of Cortes Street.
THEFT – Pilot Point PD received a report of theft of property, greater than $2,500 less than $30,000, Aug. 20 in the 14000 block of Maida Drive.
HAZARDOUS ITEMS – A resident reported finding potentially hazardous items Aug. 20 to Cross Roads PD in the 1000 block of Timber Ridge Trail. Assistance was given from Explosive Ordnance Disposal personnel for evaluation and disposal.
CRASH – A two-vehicle crash with no report of injury was investigated Aug. 20 by CRPD in the 11400 block of U.S. 380.
FRAUD – A woman reported to Cross Roads police Aug. 19 that someone made a purchase through her Walmart account without her consent in the 11000 block of Norcross Drive.
ASSAULT – A 41-yearold was arrested Aug. 19 by Aubrey PD on a charge of assault causes bodily injury/ family violence in the 9800 block of Tinsley Street.
ANIMAL BITE – Pilot Point police were dispatched to a report of an animal bite Aug. 19 in the 14000 block of Hammersmith Street.
DISPUTE – A man, 19, reported to CRPD on Aug. 19 that a man pointed a gun at him during a business dispute in the 11900 block of U.S. 380.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION – Aubrey police arrested a 34-year-old Aug. 19 on a charge of public intoxication in the 900 block of U.S. 377.
ASSAULT – A 57-yearold was arrested Aug. 19 by APD on a charge of assault causes bodily injury to a family member in the 1000 block of Devonshire Drive.
SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE – An investigation of a suspicious vehicle Aug. 19 by Cross Roads PD led to the arrest of a man, 20, on charges of public intoxication of a minor and unlawful carrying of a weapon in the 1300 block of Oak Point Drive.
ASSAULT – Aubrey PD arrested a 35-year-old Aug. 19 on charges of assault causes bodily injury to a family member and injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury in the 1600 block of Mary Lane.
WARRANT – A Cross Roads traffic stop investigation Aug. 18 resulted in a man, 38, being arrested on a Denton County warrant charge near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Oak Bluff Drive.
DWI – A 19-year-old was arrested Aug. 17 by Aubrey police on charges of driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container and duty on striking fixture/highway/ landscape greater than $200 in the 500 block of Rockhill Road.
