POLICE REPORT

Aubrey Police Department logged 178 calls during the week of Aug. 24-30. Cross Roads Police Department received 42 calls for service between Aug. 24-30. Krugerville Police Department reported calls the week of Aug. 24-30. Pilot Point Police Department responded to 154 calls during the week of Aug. 24-30.

CRASH – A two-vehicle accident Sunday was dispatched to Cross Roads police near the intersection of U.S. 380 and FM 424. One injury was reported.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – A 44-year-old was arrested Sunday by APD on a charge of criminal trespass in the 600 block of Alameda Street.

DWI – On Sunday, a Cross Roads PD traffic stop led to the arrest of a man, 22, on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 6500 block of U.S. 380.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – Three teenagers selling candy in a store Saturday in the 11700 block of U.S. 380 were given criminal trespass warnings by CRPD.

POSSESSION – A Cross Roads police traffic stop investigation Saturday resulted in the driver, 19, receiving a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 11200 block of U.S. 380.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – Pilot Point PD were dispatched to a domestic disturbance Saturday in the 14000 block of Kempt Drive.

WELFARE CONCERN – At 7:30 p.m. Aug. 28, KVPD responded to a welfare concern call in the 4300 block of U.S. 377.

VEHICLE FIRE – Cross Roads PD assisted with a vehicle fire Aug. 28 in a parking lot in the 11700 block of U.S. 380. No injuries were reported.

ASSAULT – A 32-yearold was arrested Aug. 28 by Aubrey police on charges of injury to child/elderly or disabled with intent to cause bodily injury and assault family/household member impeding breath/circulation in the 300 block of Rockhill Road.

THEFT – Two women, both 29, were arrested on charges of theft of property, greater than $100 less than $750, Aug. 28 by CRPD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380. They also received criminal trespass warnings.

DWI – A man, 33, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated second by Cross Roads police Aug. 27 during a traffic stop investigation in the 8000 block of U.S. 380.

RECKLESS DRIVER – A reckless driver was reported to Krugerville PD around 3 p.m. Aug. 27 near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Friendship Road.

ASSAULT – A 35-yearold was arrested Aug. 27 by Aubrey police on charges of assault causes bodily injury to a family member and terroristic threat of family/ household in the 3500 block of Barnfield Avenue.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash was reported to CRPD on Aug. 27 involving a commercial truck and passenger car with no report of injuries near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Naylor Road.

DISTURBANCE – A woman, 36, was issued a criminal trespass warning Aug. 27 by Cross Roads PD after creating a disturbance in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

CRASH – On Aug. 27, CRPD responded to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries in the 11600 block of U.S.

380.

ASSAULT – A 27-yearold was arrested Aug. 26 by Aubrey PD on charges of assault by contact family violence, evading arrest/detention and resisting arrest/ search/transport in the 1600 block of Edgeway Drive.

ACCIDENT – Cross Roads police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident Aug. 26 near the intersection of FM 424 and Fishtrap Road. No injuries were reported.

SHOPLIFTING – A Cross Roads PD shoplifting investigation Aug. 26 resulted in the arrest of a woman, 37, on charges of theft of property, greater than $100 less than $750. She also received a criminal trespass warning.

FRAUD – Pilot Point police investigated a report of identity theft Aug. 25 in the 14000 block of Kempt Drive.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – A man, 34, was arrested Aug. 24 by PPPD during a criminal trespass investigation in the 400 block of North Prairie Street.

WARRANTS – Around 4:30 p.m. Aug. 24, Krugerville police arrested a man for 17 outstanding warrant charges in the 5000 block of U.S. 377.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash was investigated Aug. 24 by CRPD with no report of injury near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Fishtrap Road.

WARRANT – A 36-yearold was arrested Aug. 24 by Aubrey police on a Bell County warrant charge near the intersection of Providence Boulevard and Lakeside Drive.

AGENCY ASSIST – At 3:19 p.m. Aug. 24, Krugerville PD assisted an outside agency in the 15000 block of Twin Oaks Lane.
