Pilot Point track teams second in district

Pilot Point finished second in both varsity divisions at the April 11-12 District 9-3A meet in Pottsboro.

The Bearcats (124 points) placed behind Whitesboro (183) in the varsity boys meet, while the Lady Cats (105) finished behind Callisburg (146) in the girls meet.

The top four finishers in each event advanced to the area meet against District 10-3A, which will be held in Ponder on April 19. The top four finishers in each event at area will advance to the April 27-28 regional meet at Whitehouse.
